A warm welcome to the website of the Asean Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations, also called: AFFA.

Peoples' lives are to a large extent linked to the development of the world economy. Whether the economy is strong or weak, everyone strives to create the best opportunities for themselves and their loved ones. How successful one is to reap the benefits of the changing economy, depends on how we are able to steer the economy in the best possible direction.

The national forwarders associations, who have joined together under the umbrella of AFFA, want to positively contribute to economic development. We want to play a role in shaping the logistics sector in the ASEAN region. Because the logistics sector is a key factor in everyday economic life. An efficient logistics sector will bring down the cost of doing business and will provide more business opportunities, thereby eventually increasing the standard of living of people world-wide.
